Ingredients: 1/4 cup soy sauce 3 Tbsp honey 2 Tbsp vinegar 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger or 1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger 3/4 cup salad oil (not olive oil) 1 scallion, finely chopped 1 flank steak (1 1/2 lbs.) Instructions: Mix together soy sauce, honey, and vinegar. Blend in garlic powder and ginger. Add oil and chopped scallions. Place meat in a small pan and pour mixture over it.
